Home or Homeless

She was a derelict, though no one can tell. She had a home, and people to go to, only she didn’t want to, she couldn’t. She found herself appearing homeless while wandering the cold Christmas streets. While doing so she felt that the line between with going home and sleeping outside felt blurred, as each choice felt equally possible. She would normally ask people for help as that would usually get her an answer on what to do, except most people run on logic and would tell her to go home, she did not run on logic. She decided to sit down and indulge herself with a certain perspective of certain people.

Miles Away from a Murder

He had walked ten miles away from the murder he had just made. He couldn’t hide, but he didn’t try to. He was guilty, and soon everyone would know.

He sat in a public park. Nobody in the park had noticed it him yet, as the news of the murder hadn’t probably spread to the park yet. He had nothing else to do, he waited and waited.

Degenerate Don

His head sank deep
Down to his chest
As he thought of

How it had gone

Letting Go

So mush depends upon
Me not letting go
Cause you might get lost
Forever I know

Diksa

I ask, “Are you happy?” She shows me a sad face
I ask, “Are you sad?” She shows me a shy face
I ask, “What’s wrong?” She hides away her face

I always wonder what bothers her so at times, and why she can’t tell me. Does she feel lonely? Because she’s the only friend I have. I want to figure something out to make us both happy, but I’m not sure what she is even looking for. I normally suggest going for a walk, but I never get an answer. Be happy for me Diksa, I’m lost without a happy you. Perhaps she’s hungry?

A Sign

I was lost, I couldn’t find my way back. I needed to search for an exit to get me home quicker, for I didn’t care anymore of finishing this walk. In the distant I saw someone, standing tall and holding a sign. I approach them. It was woman letting me know were to go with her sign, how courteous of her. How considerate in manner that some person would wait here for me to show me the way back home. I thanked the polite sign holder who gave me a nod. I found my way home, did she ever find her way home though?
