Vin Kramer loved three things, guilty
verdict, success, and last his husband Gus. After happily
being married for twenty two years, Gus passed away, and through his auspicious
ego, Vin Kramer was able to coup with it and not make him any weaker with his
job as a prosecutor.
Vin Kramer lusted for success, and was able
to achieve it every time, except the times when he didn’t, but he hadn’t lost
any verdict since the death of Gus, until he did.
Vin Kramer stropped all the way home to his
thinking chair, filled with indignation. He called his
sister Ginger over, who was a Samaritan for children and teenagers.
Ginger arrived and saw the state of Vin,
releasing a consolation that he was worst, than when he would be if all that had
happened was losing the guilty verdict. Feeling repent she ask, “Anything wrong
Vin?” Vin started to cry out his anguish, which slowly
escalated into sadness claiming all the fault to come from not winning the
verdict, certain the client was guilty. Ginger tried to reach him further,
usually something like losing the verdict resulted into anger rather than
sadness. “Is there anything else?” Ginger asked. Kramer continued on into
discussing this court case until small tear droplets traveled over his
cheek. Though he won’t admit it, Ginger realized Vin missed Gus, who was always
waiting at home for Vin, care free to listen to his self indulgency and pride of
winning this verdict.
Ginger felt happy for Vin, allowing his
emotions to realized and give in to what happened, it usually meant he was
going to live longer, long enough to continue winning the guilty verdict.
For ten minutes emotions were expressed,
Ginger decided to lighten up the mood and tell about the kid she spoke to today
who was apparently sad from not getting enough Teddy Cuddles. Vin laughed at
the auteur nature of this child’s predicament, and asked how Ginger was doing
in her job overall.
